The expiration date in the whois is still not updated after renewing a domain

If you have recently renewed a domain via our interface, it can sometimes happen that the domain expiration date is not immediately updated to reflect the new date in the public WhoIs details.

Some registries, mostly ccTLD registries, do not offer domain-renewals in realtime.

Due to this fact, when you renew a domain that does not offer explicit renewals, the HEXONET system will take care to submit the renewal command to the registry at the "allowed" point in time.

Only once this renewal has been finally completed with the registry will the public whois expiration date be updated.
