If you would like to delete your account, please feel free to contact Customer Care and provide us with your Hexonet username.
Once your request has been received, we will deactivate your account.
If there are existing objects still in your account, such as domains, DNS zones, or SSL certificates, we may ask you to remove them or for approval to remove them.
Additionally, if there is a positive or negative account balance, we will need to resolve this, such as by processing a refund of your remaining funds before the account is closed.
