If you would like to receive a refund of your Hexonet account balance, please submit a ticket to Customer Care and provide us with your Hexonet username and refund amount.
Once your request has been received and verified, we will forward this request to our billing department.
Usually, a refund will be processed within 48 hours.
If it is no longer possible to return the funds to your original method of payment, we may request a Paypal Account ID in order to send the funds there. Please note that any fees to refund your balance will be taken from the amount sent.
